What this site collects, and why
MyOasisVilla is run by Shivam Rao, a real estate broker in Dubai (RERA ORN 57635). This page explains what the site collects about you, what it is used for, and how to have it removed.
What you send me
If you fill in a form (alerts for your cluster, or a valuation report), I receive your name, your WhatsApp number, your cluster and, if you give it, your villa number. If you tap a WhatsApp or call button, your message goes to me through WhatsApp or your phone.
I use these details only to reply to you about The Oasis: your valuation, villas that match what you are looking for, and updates on your cluster. I do not sell them, and I do not add you to anyone else's list.
The monthly email
If you sign up for the monthly Oasis update, I receive your email address and the cluster you chose. You are only added once you click the link in the confirmation email. The list is kept with Brevo, the service that sends the emails, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe. I don't use your address for anything else.
Visitor statistics
The site counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you.
Advertising cookies (only if you accept)
If you press Accept on the cookie notice, the site loads the Meta pixel. It tells Meta (the company behind Facebook and Instagram) which pages you viewed here and whether you got in touch, so that my ads reach people like the ones who find the site useful, and can show you a reminder later.
- If you then send a form, your phone number and first name are passed to Meta in scrambled (hashed) form, so Meta can match the sign-up to an account without receiving the number itself.
- If you press Decline, none of this happens and nothing is sent to Meta.
- Meta's own use of the data is covered by Meta's privacy policy.
Where it is kept
Form details are stored in my own Cloudflare account and are only seen by me; email subscribers are also kept in my Brevo account. I keep them while we are in touch, and delete them when you ask.
Your choices
You can ask me at any time to show you what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Message me on WhatsApp at +971 58 580 2076 and it will be done.
